    My issue is with the service department of this dealership. They are grossly incompetent. They don't understand how campers work so they cannot fix them. They say they do the work but don't. Didn't winterize our unit properly and water heater cracked. Didn't reattach part of the underbelly and it dragged and wrapped around axle. Didn't even know how to work leveling jacks. Gray tank always had water left in it when display said empty. Told us we weren't leveling it correctly. Didn't know that refrig inverter and breaker have an affect on each other. We couldn't have been using the breaker to shut refrig for a whole camping season. Multiple times we needed to find the answer for ourselves. Can't use the unit until water heater gets replaced. Out of warranty now so it's our pocket because they didn't winterize the right way. We know this because they didn't follow the manufacturer's instructions. We know this because the filter broke and if they had followed the instructions, the filter would not have been left in. But again, we don't know what we're talking about. They like to point out that we didn't buy the unit from them (we did from RV One in **) so all the warranty work wasn't bringing them any revenue. The GM told us they added another sensor in our gray tank. If they did, it was never documented on any work order. So they lie to each other. They couldn't even get us a new mattress for the sleeper sofa. I dealt with the manufacturer directly to get it. Thought it was a problem with the technician that took the information. Well he isn't there any longer and the service manager isn't any better. He's the one that won't take responsibility for the underbelly or the water heater. We did not go under the camper and remove screws so this would happen. They removed the underbelly to check the tank. We paid them to winterize because we don't know how. NEITHER DO THEY. Now we have to pay out of pocket for repairs. STAY AWAY. RUN DON'T WALK

    We started the purchasing process at RV One on January 23, 2023. It is now March 3, 2023 and we still do not have the RV in our possession.
    First off, the customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. The employee have no idea what they're doing. When you call, they either don't answer, transfer to someone else, or say we will give you a call back. We have to call American Express to take off a charge from them because it was taking days for someone to get back to us regarding the charge.
    We purchased this RV off an online listing. When we went to see the RV in person, it was full of rust and things that needed to be replaced. When we asked why it was in such poor condition for being an "New" RV the sales man Adam said it was "lot rust" and we were "getting a good deal on it".
    Now we have been waiting for our Trailer for weeks. There was no mention of shipping cost being paid up front as they told us they were going to add it to our financed rate. They did not do that. We ended up paying shipping but we still have no answer as to when the trailer is arriving. We left them alone for 4 days and called today for a status on the shipping. We were transferred and not given an answer. They said they would call back. We have now paid a month of insurance for a vehicle we do not have in our procession, cause they needed proof of insurance before shipping.
    It has been at absolute nightmare with RV One and i would never recommend anyone to purchase anything from them.
