    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Shoreline Lacrosse LLC regarding their failure to deliver the services promised and their lack of response to multiple attempts at communication.

    On July 29, 2023, I engaged Shoreline Lacrosse LLC for help in the recruitment of my student athlete. The terms of our agreement stipulated that there would be group and personal recruitment meetings that would be set up to guide my student athlete through the recruitment process. . However, since the initiation of the contract, Shoreline Lacrosse has consistently failed to meet these obligations. They have not delivered the promised services or provided any viable explanation for the delays.

    Moreover, my attempts to communicate with Shoreline Lacrosse LLC to address these issues have been met with utter neglect. Emails have gone unanswered since November of 2023, and there has been no effort from their end to rectify the situation or provide updates about when these meetings would take place.
    .
    At this point, I am seeking a partial refund of $2000, as they have clearly breached the terms of our agreement and have shown no intention of remedying the situation. We have sent multiple emails to inform them of our desire to separate from the program and request this refund; however our emails have continued to be ignored.

    Our daughter went to tryouts and was placed on a team for the 23/24 season. We were given an outline of the cost and what was included. To avoid fees we paid in full. As the season started in the fall there were not enough girls on her team (there were 4 to start and the number dropped to 2). The club offered us choices to either move forward, ore receive refunds for a modified program. We chose the modified program. The club President said we would be refunded by 9/24/23. We didn’t get that, we got nothing - they essentially discontinued that team. We were never told, I have sent email after email trying to find out the status of the team, the status of the refund and when i wasn’t responded to (not very often) told “I’d have it next week” or “When the season ends” and then the stopped. Finally they responded to me on 1/25/24 (4months later) and said we were the only family overlooked and apologized. Not sure how since I emailed pretty much weekly for months. He said we’d have a check in the mail by 2/1. He said he’d email me to confirm it was sent. Since then - nothing. I’ve emailed over and over for a status and no responses.

    Just wanted to update that the business sent me a check - however it was from the personal account of the president not the business.  I went to the bank it was drawn on to cash it and they informed me they could not cash it due to insufficient funds in the account. I emailed again and let them know that while I received the check, it can’t be cashed.

    We signed our 7th grader up for a club lacrosse team. We found out last week that he is playing with 4th graders, this is not the experience we were promised. He is regressing in skills. He has been playing lacrosse since he was 5. The owner misrepresented the service. We never would have signed him up for the league if we knew he was going to be on a team of 4th graders-8 yrs old and he is 12. The misrepresented what they were offering. I emailed the owner and coach 5 times each, two texts to the owner with no response. He is avoiding us.
