    On April 27, 2024 Webster & Son Paving, completely removed an old driveway and installed a new one at the price of $13,500.00. While they were finishing the driveway, I pointed out to them that a depression was developed right at the bottom of my front steps. The worker said that they would take care of it while finishing the job. After the job was complete, the depression is still there. The depression collects water and a puddle develops right at the bottom of my front steps.
    I started calling Bruce Webster the very next day to complain about the depression and puddling of water. Bruce agreed that he would come out and fix the depression "next week". He never showed and I have contacted him numerous times and he keeps saying he will show up then never does. As of December 2024, Bruce finally told me to go get a matt and place it over the depression. I have done that but it doesn't fix the problem. I don't understand how any business would treat a customer like this.

    Webster and son paving will be out around April 15 to saw cut and patch the area Brian is having an issue with. Right now there are no blacktop plants open to fix the issue. We will notify customer with an exact date when the month of April gets closer. The issue will be taken care of he is our first priority this upcoming season. please call with any questions ###-###-####
