    They get three stars for showing up and forgiving me credit to pay the bill overtime thats it. The work they did was unfinished they told me they were going to give me a quote to finish. The job never happened. And they replaced my hot water tank with faulty wiring that could cause a fire and Im extremely concerned would never hire them again.

    I am sorry to hear your disappointment.  We did this job over 3 years ago and we went over the whole job with customer.  Customer watched as we removed / installed new hot water tank.  The only disappointment displayed from customer at the time was that we could not warranty the parts under her trailer as we did not do original work nor did she own trailer at time of install.  As for the wiring that is being referenced, wiring was not faulty as she was present when work was being done / finished 3 years ago.  I am not sure what other work is being referenced as customer was satisfied upon completed work we were contacted for.

    Charlie’s company was prompt in responding to my initial phone call and in scheduling an appointment. Charlie was on time, professional, clean, concise, and capable. Our tub and plumbing is very old and he handled it with the greatest of ease. I highly recommend him.
