      As a landscaper, Nicolock pavers are garbage. They always have issues and the colors and customer service are a joke

      GRAVELY DISAPPOINTED! I, like a few others, had a terrible experience with Nicolock. We saved to have a newly designed patio, and our contractor recommended them. After perusing their catalog, we decided to visit their showroom too. The rep was very attentive, answering all our questions and showing us the pavers we were interested in from a fully laid out model. We were happy with the end result (giving credit to our contractors). What bothered me was a few things: there was no mention of warranty (I had to ask and was given a specific contact person to inquire), the 'Nicolock Shield' does NOT equate to a type of sealant/protectant. Since, on the website, it suggests waiting 5 months before applying a sealant, we did so. A month before that time, we had a significant rain storm that caused a nearby tree to leave extensive marks on the patio. We followed the websites instructions w/o anything working. Frustrated and dismayed, I contacted the company. After reading others' complaints, made me realize I may not get a response. I was right. It has been well over a month without the company reaching out to help us find a solution. While this is discouraged, the only option is to use the power washer (very low pressure) followed by a sealant. Needless to say, my husband and I are extremely disappointed. This company could been a profitable one while maintaining its integrity by being as helpful and attentive as their representatives act. It only enhances the level of cynicism I have for large companies and their fraudulent behaviors.
