      I got a HELOC with these guys. I got 90% LTV, so that was neat.
      Now, transferring money from HELOC to other accounts is an astronomical hassle. Allow me to detail my experience through bullet points.
      - Try to transfer a small amount of money from HELOC to Checking (both accounts are with Connex), App encounters an error
      - Try the same thing on the website, same error
      - Try calling, they are closed and don't have anyone to take calls at 7PM on a weekday.
      - Try Call24, their automated service line, entered account info, needed a PIN which Connex never gave me and didn't let me customize, can't access info from Call24.
      - Search the site for a way to change PIN, doesn't exist.
      - Give up on transferring money because the Credit Union is incapable of making it happen.
      I hope you enjoyed my story, because its all I got out of my 45 minute long effort.

      Straight up liars. They advertise certain CD rates on Friday, I apply for CD with that rate, only to get rejected on Monday when they lowered their rates. When asked for reason for rejection, they say I didn't answer security questions, which is a lie. Can't wait to pull all my money out of here and take my banking elsewhere. I cannot trust such deceitful behavior when it comes to banking.

      Horrible!!!, No customer service. Lie, cannot speak to anyo0ne about issues. Everyone says, not my job.

      Service was excellent, this is definitely a 5-star bank. All contacts I had with Connex representatives were courteous and professional.

      I have been a customer for over 20 years but the last few years I have been having many problems with the Credit Union. I have had to get a new card multiple times because of hacking.
      I was trying to get access to their fraud department recently but instead I was connected to another company who I soon realized was not associated with CONNEX. Also they are very hard to get in touch with!

      I HAVE REPEATEDLY AND CONSTANTLY(via telephone conversations and email)REQUESTED CONNEX CREDIT UNION: TO STOP SENDING ME THEIR MAILS TO MY OLD ADDRESS OF FIVE YEARS AGO YET THEY STILL DO SO!!
