    I am receiving mailings from this business. I requested that I not be on their mailing list, but am still receiving them a year later. They were rude when contacted and now are not answering emails.

    Hello,

    Direct Advantage has no record of this address as ever being requested to be placed on our do not mail list.  As a courtesy, I have placed this address on our list for *****.  Please note, we do also print for other companies.  We can not tell other companies who hire us for printing services where or where not to mail their advertisements.  We do the best we can to make suggestions, however, the ultimate decision is our customers.

    I am continuing to receive mailings from DirectAdvantage even after contacting them multiple times and filing a previous BBB complaint. I want my address removed from their mailing list permently.

    I requested that they remove me from their paper mailing list and they are refusing to reply or remove me. I am continuieing to receie their ads in the mail
