      Bought brand new shockwave when I picked it up notices deep scratches on the grip, emailed Mossberg but they don’t cover “cosmetic” defects. They should not sell products with cosmetic defects or warranty them if they do. Disappointed

      I purchased a new Mossberg 940 tactical. The shotgun had multiple issues right out of the box. Dealing with your customer service was the worst. They talked down to me and it took three months to get a few replacement parts that never resolved the issue. I then mistakenly purchased a Mossberg Shockwave and again, brand new out of the box, the safety was jammed and the bolt is so tight, it is like it is jammed in the weapon. The customer service is the pits once again. I can no longer in good faith recommend anyone purchase your firearms. Just terrible. You take customers hard earned money and this is how we are treated. I don't even want to leave you a one star rating it is so bad. Shame on you

      Great product but pretty terrible customer service. I have a shotgun from Mossberg that is inoperable. I need a new forend and forend assembly. This is about a 10 minute fix. I was told they are out of stock so they can not sell me the parts I need. They can't tell me how long they have been out of stock or when they will be back in. They only have the parts for their service department, so I could send it in to be fixed and that would take 6 to 8 weeks. Again, this is a 10 minute fix. I would have to go to an FFL and pay to have it sent also. I get it's their policy to not sell the parts for from their service department but, not being able to tell me how long they have been out of stock, when it will be back in stock, and telling me I just have to keep calling back is a bit ridiculous. The people were very nice, but leaving me with an inoperable product, no time frame of when I could possibly get what I need, and telling me I need to keep calling back until it's in stock is an unacceptable answer to this issue. I would definitely purchase their product again, I just know if anything goes wrong which basically never happens ( I've had this shotgun for about 16 years) it will not be easy to fix.

      I bought a Shotgun and it did not come with all of the parts. It was missing the O-ring. Mossberg told me because I am not a dealer they will not work with me. They also told the dealer I bought it from that they will not send them the part to make the firearm work. It has been over 5 months and I still can not get the part I need. I will never buy another product from Mossberg again. Should have bought a more reliable brand for my son to use.

      Mossberg customer service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend purchasing Mossberg products if you value customer service.
