    I have a yearly service contract for maintenance of my generator. For the last year my generator has not been working. I had to beg and plea for Tristate Generator to come out to see what the issue was. Once they finally came out they told me the problem and that it would cost $1,043.30 above my service contract to fix the generator. They ordered parts to fix the generator, I had to approve and pay the invoice for the parts to be ordered and they have never come back to finish the work. I have contacted them at least 15 times. Sometimes they ignore me - other times they tell me the parts are still on order (since Feb '23), other times I have been told they are coming and they either don't show up or have come once and my generator is still not working. The last time they were here they didn't put the cover on the generator properly and the inner workings were left exposed to the elements. I am not even sure if this has caused additional damage beyond what I have already been charged for.

    I have spent over a thousand dollars for a job that has not been finished and potentially has been made worse.

    Also as a courtesy for the issues, Miss ******** was not charged for the additional material that was installed due to the time it took to procure it, not the labor to do so.
