    ******* ** I had the pleasure of working with Alcraft on two occasions, and I must say the overall experience with this company is nothing short of amazing. From the moment you engage with them, you're greeted with warmth and professionalism. The owner Mike is incredibly nice, helpful, and exceptionally knowledgeable, making the entire process seamless and stress-free.
    The workers at Alcraft are not only nice but also meticulous in their craft. Their attention to detail is evident in every aspect of their work. The results they deliver are nothing short of fantastic, exceeding expectations every time.
    What sets Alcraft apart is the sense of family they bring into your home. When they step through your door, it feels like welcoming old friends or family members. Their genuine care and commitment to customer satisfaction shine through in every interaction.
    Having worked with them for my mother's house a couple of years back and recently for my condo, I can confidently say that Alcraft is a company you can trust for any home improvement project. Currently, they're back at my mother's house, and I couldn't be happier with their service.

    Alcraft Inc., sided our home with vinyl siding, the color and decor exceeded our expectations and turned our home into a beautiful palace. My husband and I were very pleased with Alcraft and their workers who treated our home like their own. The worker arrived each work day consistently, they did what they were supposed to do and after each work day they will clean around the house and put tools and ladders away to avoid any injuries. I would absolutely use their services again and would highly recommend them to anyone for services.

    They put on a new roof and caused my sheetrock in attic to crack. Guy showed once to start and never returned. Back and forth with Mike and he gave me the runaround. About to get more work done but won't be using alcraft

    Installation worker decides to come to the home and not check the doors prior to installing he was told by my mom that this was incorrect and it needed to be switched Installation worker decides he wants to leave them as is and they can come out to fix them when he can or feels the need.
    Sad in a time of inflation folks think 5000 is light money i am very displeased with the actions of this employee. MONEY DOESN'T GROW ON TREES!!!!!
    Additionally,
    Shawn C**** is unprofessional as well doesn't answer calls back- and office receptionist is rude when you respond to concerns.
    Owner Mike seems to be a good man by trying to resolve his staff mishaps appreciate him stepping in but he you should hire better staffing!!!
