    I am rejecting this response because: I am still not receiving anything as per the design proposal which would have displayed the majority of my wishes. What was sent by the business is what I have already received. I have received designs according to what the designer wanted, NEVER listening or incorporating the designs that we wanted which were simple.  We have lost 4 months of back and forth which could have been used for construction.
