I brought my vehicle into their shop Saturday 04/22/2023 to have my radiator replaced along with the hoses associated. I dropped it off at 8:00am and picked up at 5:00pm. I was told everything is good to go and no issues so I drove home (without inspecting vehicle). I didn't drive the vehicle Sunday, Monday I opened the passenger door and noticed the door was rubbing against fender. Upon further inspection the passenger fender was dented in, wheel/ hubcap damaged, bumper broken, light assembly broken, scratches down the side, and coolant leak dripping in driveway. I immediately called the shop to explain the damages and why I was not notified of the accident, the manager said he didn't do it and is not looking into it after talking with his mechanic. I have before and after pictures/ videos from my property and surrounding businesses clearly showing my vehicle is fine Saturday morning and damaged Saturday evening when I got home straight from their shop. The damage happened in their possession and on their property. The leak was from the new hose they replaced but never connected or broke off with their accident. I called that store's regional manager and got the same response. They caused thousands of dollars in damages and are not taking any responsibility for their actions.

The customer brought his vehicle to the Midas Auto Facility in ******* Saturday morning 4-22-2023 to diagnose a coolant leak. The repairs were authorized by the customer and the replacement of the radiator and upper and lower radiator hoses were performed. The coolant was replaced and a battery terminal was also replaced. The customer picked up his vehicle at the end of  Saturday. We  received a call from the customer Monday morning stating there was a coolant drip seen underneath his vehicle, the customer also stated there is  damage to his vehicle at the right front and the right side. He brought the vehicle back to the Midas store late Monday morning. The customer indicated the damage on his vehicle was not there prior to his visit. We gave the customer a tour of the inside of the shop showing where his vehicle was being serviced and there is absolutely no sign or scrape markings in the shops work area. We showed the customer where the vehicle was parked and the technician was also spoken to regarding the customer concern. Although we do show empathy for the customer, we cannot be responsible for an event that didn't occur here.  In regards to the coolant drip, sometimes new parts fail. The radiator hose clamp was replaced to remedy the coolant leak.
