Doors, Drawers and Moore recently completed a kitchen renovation for me. I love it!
The entire process from my initial meeting with Shelly in the showroom to the completion of the tiled back splash everyone I dealt with was awesome. They could not have been more helpful or pleasant to work with.
At the start I was provided a project plan. All deadlines were met and project completed on time.
I couldn't be happier. I have recommended them to my friends and will continue to do so. Excellent!

Shelly and the team at Doors, Drawers, and More is your go-to resource for new kitchen cabinet design. Let me share my thoughts on why:
    Initial Discovery/Discussion:
Shelly made a personal visit to my home and provided options available, and shared her vision. I had the option of refacing my cabinets/door fronts or keeping what I had and painting them. My choice was to select new shaker style doors and paint the cabinet bases. Shelly and Andy provided different options for design and color choices and did not push me in any direction.
Once you have made your decision, below are the phases you can expect along your new kitchen journey:
    Measuring, Removing, Painting:
The first phase involved removing the existing doors, measuring the space, and painting the bases. The team worked swiftly and effectively in this phase. Careful measurements were taken. Once the doors were removed, the painters took extreme care to ensure that areas of the kitchen and surrounding areas were protected, and met their timelines - something you don't always see today. They arrived on time and took care in cleaning up when completed.
    Delivery of the new Doors:
The second phase involved the delivery of the new doors. The painting of the doors was completed at the warehouse and delivery was made at the agreed time and date.
    Installation, Measuring, Tweaking:
The third and final phase included a top-notch team to install each cabinet door, checking periodically to ensure that everything was level and making any adjustments needed. Once the doors were installed, cabinet hardware was next. With another quick check by both the installers and I, we called the project complete.
    The Result:
I walk into my new kitchen I am happy. You wouldn't believe the joy of going from old, drab, and dated to new, bright, and UPdated at a fraction of the cost of a full replacement!
    In Closing:
Do not hesitate to consider Doors, Drawers, and More for your cabinet refacing needs.

I recently had my kitchen cabinets refaced and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to ensuring my vision for my kitchen came to life.
The quality of the cabinets is outstanding, and they look and function exactly as I had hoped. The attention to detail and care taken during the installation process was also impressive.
I highly recommend them to anyone in need of kitchen cabinets. Their team truly exceeded my expectations and I will be using their services again in the future. Thank you for a job well done!

    Horrible Experience!
Please read to save time and aggravation!
I was looking forward to the project, and the whole lead up to it ran very smoothly, but when the project started, that's when issues started to arise. There was more emphasis placed on having contractors, whose health and COVID-19 vaccine status was unknown, use my bathroom on numerous occasions by Shelly, rather than overseeing the job at hand. The safety of my family is paramount, and when a client has justifiable concerns, especially given the climate we're in, that should be respected and the cushould not be repeatedly berated with obnoxious text messages, and heated exchanges over the issue.
They changed me an additional $950 for cabinet "grain filling," which I had agreed to when I saw a sample that had been made using one of my cabinet doors. But when the process was actually performed, the results did not come out as was shown on the sample piece. The grain could clearly be seen throughout. I called and told Shelly I felt it didn't justify the price given the outcome. She then got triggered and refused to communicate with me any further and proceeded to have her husband Andy (who's lack of professional demeanor is shocking) call me and attempt to coerce me by stopping all work on the project until I signed an addition onto the original contract demanding the filler be paid. He didn't care at all about how unsatisfied I was in the end result. Ultimately, I had to relent in order to get my kitchen put back together.
In conclusion, the end result in no way offsets the stress and aggravation incurred throughout the course of what should have been a very simple and straightforward project. There are several other companies that perform this same type of work within that region. I would strongly urge going with them and avoiding this one!

This ridiculous review from an irrational individual, who dictated every minute detail of how our professionals conducted their work, what time of day they should be doing it and what time they should leave for breaks, etc. was indeed memorable.
Without going tit for tat, this outrageous review provides an opportunity to highlight the importance we place on safety, respect and communication.
    1) SAFETY: We will not permit employees to interface with customers or work in their homes if they are sick or test positive for COVID. We don’t share an employee’s vaccine or medical status with customers. When one of our employees had a medical issue, we substituted him with another team member and kept the job on schedule, during the very busy Christmas season.
    2) RESPECT: we have the utmost respect for our customers AND our employees. When our employees are harassed and treated poorly, we defend them. Given that…
    • Our disabled installer was literally kicked in the leg, while lying on the floor installing base molding because his shoe was touching a door.
    • Our painters were told to “pee off the side of the deck outside” when asked for permission to use the bathroom (most of our painters are female).
    • Our entire team was “creeped out” and felt uncomfortable working in this home where every task was supervised with extreme scrutiny and in VERY close proximity. Frankly, he is fortunate that we didn’t pull the workers from the job site.
    3) COMMUNICATION:
    • The customer and I were in constant communication; I spent hours communicating with him and responding to his detailed arguments about how the work was to be executed and requesting him to let the professionals do their jobs.
    • At the start of each project, we establish a contract with our customers, which includes our warrantee and our customer’s rights. When changes are requested, we implement a change order. Typically, this is done via text but under the circumstances (and given this individual’s exasperating nature), we requested all changes be formalized in the contract.
This customer was very satisfied with the finished kitchen and communicated that to our installer. It's curious that several weeks later, he chose to post this defamatory review.
