      Denied warranty claim without inspection due to reasoning backed by unclear warranty terms. Requested a dispute and escalation for more information and was denied that as well. This business is not for the consumer and does not care that the product is diminishing after only 1.5yrs. Will NOT remedy the situation.

      I purchased 1088 sq feet of flooring from **** ***** that came with a lifetime guarantee. Within 2 years sections of the flooring started to buckle. The flooring called “lifeproof” did not hold up. **** ***** said they can’t do anything about it and the flooring company, Mohawk-Halstead International, claims a ******* mop caused the damage (untrue as the mop was only used in one specific area and the damage is spread out all over. Attempts, after 2years, to get the issue resolved have failed.

      I believe it was 2020. We purchased lifeproof flooring from **** ***** with a commercial warrantee for 15 years. It was defective as it wouldn't come clean. In fact, some entire tiles were dirtier than other entire tiles. After informing the correct department, Halstead (lifeproof flooring) they sent out someone to inspect my floors. The inspector concluded in his report that they wouldn't come clean, but he didn't know why. He also concluded that it was no fault of Lifeproof flooring. He stated that they would come clean by scrubbing with a magic eraser. Lifeproof cleaning instructs one to only use lifeproof cleaning products, not a magic eraser. They denied my claim and I am left with dirty, defective, expensive floors :(

      I purchased ********* flooring from **** ****t. After one month of installation of the product in the spring, the product started to bubble and buckle. The product was defective. Contact customer service and they denied my claimed that I put in my sunroom. I hired and independent inspector and he stated that product is defective regardless of the flooring being installed in the sunroom. I need my money back or replacement.
