    Do Cleaning LLC did an unsatisfactory job. The crew arrived unprepared with the incorrect cleaning products and did not speak English, which was an inconvenience considering they could not communicate effectively. The crew cleaned my new home with a used rag with WATER, and no cleaning products. When I inquired why they were not using cleaning products, the staff proceeded to clean the kitchen appliances with Windex window cleaner. This is inappropriate and incorrect and is likely to damage my appliance. The cost of a move-in clean was 230$ with kitchen deep cleaning 170$ (I did not receive deep cleaning). Furthermore, since I was present and noticed they were not using the incorrect cleaning products or products at all, I provided them with my purchased cleaning products. I had to clean after the crew left because paint residue was left on the floors. When I disputed the total charge of 400$ through ****, the company offered 20$ off the service, and the total paid was 380$. The staff insisted that I still had to be charged for deep cleaning since the crew cleaned anyway (with my products). I'm highly unsatisfied. After leaving a review on **** of my experience, the company offered to reclean or offer a full refund. I requested a full refund, but the company did not respond or provide a refund.
