    I submitted a resume a year ago. Panzer Solutions has called, emailed, and contacted me on ******** about short-term "opportunities" on the other side of the country averaging $20/hr since. They will not update location, ignore unsubscribe requests, and do not respond to emails, aside from saying over and over again that "they will unsubscribe me from their mailing list". They keep calling with these ridiculous entry level positions.

    This company is harassing me. I never signed up with them, yet somehow they have my email and phone number and call and email me repeatedly. The other day they called me 4 times within 15 minutes and emailed during that same timeframe twice about a job I never applied for. I never contacted this company to ask them to look for a job for me so have no idea how they have my information or why they are calling me. The job they are also calling me about does not even exist. The company that they say has the job they are trying to fill is fraudulent. I don't know what scam they have going but people need to be aware.

    They keep sending me job postings and they obviously don't know what they are placing for. My Signature is ** *****, ***** and they address me as *****. That is a certification, not a name. Today I got the same posting from them from the following addresses; ****** ** **** **** ****** ****** ** **** ****** ***** ****** **** ****** In the last year, I have received not less than 100 postings and I have asked them numerous times to take me off their mailing list. I am currently looking for a job and everytime I engaged them, it went nowhere and took away my time that could have been spent on real opportunities.

    This company is well known for spamming. They present themselves as "Technical Staffing and Recruiters" but all they do is send spam messages over and over. I have unsubscribed (NEVER DID I SUBSCRIBE) MULTIPLE times in the last year and they still send me garbage emails. I have tried contacting their firm multiple times but you can't ever get anyone on the phone (Because they are a scam). Please help to bring these companies who clearly don't comply with the CANSPAM act.

    Despite several requests to be removed from correspondence with this ‘company’, this is my experience with Panzer Solutions LLC. After several requests to be removed from the mailing lists, this company continues to repeatedly attempt contact via unsolicited harassing email containing ‘career opportunities’, which are not relevant to, nor aligned, with my experience. These emails contain suspiciously absent ‘unsubscribe’ links, and in the disclaimer there is a note which reads, ‘if you would like to be removed reply ‘REMOVE’ in the subject line and we will promptly remove you’, to which, I’ve made several unanswered (and presumably ignored) replies. Ultimately, I have blocked the domain ’panzersolutions****’ which should reduce a lot of noise in my inbox, however, the ‘recruiters’ from this company often times use other domains from which to send requests, such as ’*********’ or ‘*********’ to name two. A blatant disregard of ethical business practices, and a shady company at best, which I choose to not conduct business with.

    Panzer continues to contact me even though I have told every representative to remove me from their call listings. Each time they say they will talk with their administration and if I want to stop getting contacted I need to remove my resume from websites like ****** and *******. This is a very inappropriate response as I should not need to remove myself from Job sites to stop a single company from contacting me after repeatedly being told I have no interest in working through them and to no longer contact me via phone or Email.

    This company, Panzer Solutions, is one to which I have never directly provided my contact information. Yet, they have continuously harassed me. I even went as far as to block the entire ******************** domain. Now their agents have taken to creating disposable ********** addresses to continue to harass me. They provide no discernable option not to be contacted and have willfully ignored multiple requests not to be contacted in a clear violation of CAN-SPAM regulations.

    Constantly get emails by this company for jobs. They are in direct violation of the CAN-SPAM Act. By not allowing me to opt out of emails. And this is proof of that, by sending more emails. And by law I can press charges against them. As per the Act, they can be fined up to $50,120 per violation.

    I continuously receive emails from multiple people from this company for job offers I've never requested them to send to me. I have every single time told them to remove me only for them to ignore my requests and continue to contact me. Their website and their emails do not have any form to "unsubscribe" or provide a method of being placed on the DNC list. This company is in serious violation of the CAN-SPAM Act enacted on December 16, 2003. If I am contacted again for another job contract I will be filing a complaint with the *** and notifying them that Panzer Solutions is in violation and provide ALL the emails I have gotten.

    This company is purely a spammer. You cannot reach anyone on the phone. They absolutely do not comply with Can Spam act. They should be blacklisted completely.
