      Bought a bed from Lillian August, paid more than $4000 for it. No description on website saying that a box spring is required, or your mattress will sit on the floor. Contacted their service team and they are unwilling to return it, and unwilling to do anything to help, except telling me to go buy a box spring. Paying that much money for a bed, and being told to go and buy a box spring if you don't want your mattress sitting on the floor is absolutely ridiculous.
