    Had an appointment with the business for 10 am. And was told that I am late 15 minutes or more that I am denied service and my deposit is taken. The same standard holds if I want to change the appointment before 24 hours as well if I don’t show up.

    However today I had an appointment and the nail tech is 30 minutes late doing my appointment. I did inform the manager and said she is not more than an hour so therefore I will be given no discount nor if I don’t do the appointment although she’s late I don’t get my deposit back.

    This business standard is not at all fair and the fact that they don’t hold the same standards from customers to the business itself for the “deposit fee” $25 is held over my head and therefore it’s a lose lose situation for me

    We apologize in advance for the inconvenience that this situation might have caused you. Our $25 deposit policy is implemented to all of our client to hold the appointment and to avoid last minute cancelation and leaving our techs without a client for the hour. The $25 deposit fee is not an extra charge, its just a hold on the account which then gets deducted from your final payment. We only keep the $25 fee if there  is a no show or when the appointment is canceled in less than 24hrs.  We try to be as timely as possible but sometimes it becomes impossible to control timing. We would like offer you a 10% discount on your next visit.
