      They are a dishonest company that continues to bill my credit card each month for a trial subscription that I have contacted them about more than once. Today they are now claiming they have no record of my previous calls and are refusing to refund me yet another charge. They have forced me to dispute the charge with my credit card and inconvenienced me by having me have to shut down ny current card number and be resigned a new credit card. These people are frauds.

      I have been trying to cancel paper delivery since October 2023. Email and phone calls have not helped. Now they want me to pay $93 for paper from November to February 2024. Besides emails I have talked to 2 representatives, Rick twice and Naomi once trying to cancel.

      CT Post subscription service is spotty at best. Wet (no double bagging) , late deliveries or no deliveries seem to be the norm. It just seems noone wants to take responsibility for anything here and totally misleading their customers with promises of redelivery.
      You can call customer service with your complaints, but nothing is addressed, yet they continue to raise the cost of the subscription.
      It just seems that no one is minding the store and have complete disregard for their customers.

      Shelton Herald, part of Hearst media, keeps sending me a bill for their paper that I no longer want.
      They tell me they THEIR policy is….. if you no longer want the paper you must formally cancel. I told them MY policy is when they don’t get MY check DON’T send the paper.
      I will pay them under PROTEST.
      I urge current subscribers to be mindful of their questionable cancellation policy.
      Plus , the paper is just a REPEAT of the Ct Post , which I get.
      To all subscribers……. Make sure you officially cancel or be prepared to pay.

      Phone hangs up any time customer service is dialed. There is no way to cancel service unless with a representative, which is in possible if the phone system hangs up 100% of attempts.

      I called to cancel my ******** Times subscription that expires on 12/30/2022. I asked if I would receive the 12/29/2022 paper. The customer service representative said that I would be charged $2.50 if a paper is delivered on 12/29. I reiterated that my subscription is paid through 12/30/2022. I was then told, after my subscription was cancelled, that I needed to cancel on the expiration date if I wanted the 12/29 edition of the paper. That information was not given to me when I called last week. In my opinion Hearst owes me money, since my subscription is paid through 12/30/2022,

      customer service is deplorable. Been trying to get my Hour deliver to my for the the last 3 days, no one wants to help ....
