    First, the doctors and staff there are courteous, no complaints there. The issue is when it comes to billing. They will require you to pay the copay and other fees on the spot, but wait 45 to 60 days and bill you for the same thing again. This was the second time in a span of 2 years they did the same thing. I was able to prove this time around because I kept a picture of the bill from my credit card in anticipation to this.
    I should not have to prove that I paid so not to pay again. So if you have to use that office in Norwalk, CT, be aware of this scam and save your receipt.
