    My daughter, who spoke highly of your company and the quality of your products, recommended this dog food to me. However, we have both encountered significant issues with the most recent batch we received. Despite assurances that there have been no changes to the recipe, we have noticed a distinct difference in the smell and consistency of the product.

    My daughter’s dogs, who previously had no issues eating this recipe, are now refusing to eat it. Similarly, my own dogs walked away from the food and refused to touch it. This is particularly troubling given their history of enjoying your food without hesitation.

    I would appreciate it if you would do a full refund due to these quality issues. Ensuring the continued safety and satisfaction of your customers should be a priority, and I trust that you will consider this matter seriously.

    I can return the food if needed, as it will do nothing but go to waste here.

    I am writing to express my concerns regarding the quality of the dog food I recently received from your company.

    My dogs have been happily consuming your dog food for quite some time, and we have always been satisfied with the quality. However, the most recent batch I received has raised significant concerns. Despite claims that there have been no changes to the recipe, I have noticed a distinct difference in the smell and consistency of the product.

    My dogs, who previously had no issues eating this recipe, are now refusing to consume it. This is particularly troubling given their history of enjoying your food without any hesitation. The off smell and altered texture are alarming and make me question the quality and safety of this batch.

    I am willing to return the product and requesting a full refund due to these quality issues. Ensuring the continued safety and satisfaction of your customers should be a priority, and I trust that you will consider this matter seriously.

    We would have never ordered this amount if we had not trusted your company that things were consistent, or recommended you to others.
