After going through such a horrible experience of losing your home to a fire and wanting to move on, This company made it so easy. Joseph was very professional and everything went as promised. 5 starsWhat an amazing job Louis did with helping us go though the process of selling our house after a terrible fire. Louis was outstanding in walking us though all the steps we needed to take. Louis was very professional and compassionate with our situation. His knowledge and patience though it all was amazing. He was very attentive and we communication well. He put us at ease. Very helpful and understanding. A wonderful experience to work with him and his team. He kept me informed of all important details through calls and texts. He was also reassuring as I was anxious and apprehensive of the process. Very smooth and fast process. Very thankful and grateful to have him help us though this process. Great company to work with. 5 starsMy home burnt last year on March 21. Unfortunately the contractor that showed up the evening of the fire assuring me he'd take care of everything was not reliable. After 9 months my home still had a blue tarp on it had been cleared out and some things were put in storage. I decided I had enough and fired the contractor.
I went online searching for a company that buys fire damaged homes. That's when I found Fire Cash Buyers and Lou. I should have called much sooner! Other companies I called were offering me a super low ball offer.
Lou called me and he was pleasant, empathetic, and knowledgeable. I did agree to sell my house to the company. He took care of the details and always informed me of the next steps. I am very pleased with Lou and his team. Lou went the extra mile to help me put an ending to that traumatic experience. I would highly recommend Lou and his team. This company is totally legit and reliable.

Louis was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. They operate in such a niche environment; buying homes that have been destroyed by fire, but they made sure to keep it as friendly and simple as possible. Even going so far as to allow us to use our own documents and amendments to the purchasing contract to make us feel more comfortable.
We greatly appreciated their time, business and patience with us as we navigated through the uncharted waters of selling a burnt down home.
