    January 5, 2023. Evening dinner at Chinese restaurant.
    I took my daughter (6) to bond Grill because she loves hibachi. The place was empty besides the two of us and two other patrons all sitting at the same hibachi table. While the chef was cooking it was noisy so I didn't notice but as the noise subsided I started to hear the music and I heard expletives such as N***** and B****. It was rap music. Uncensored. The waitress was unattentive to the table and had a bad attitude even as we asked for condiments that come with the meal. But what bothered me most was the music and when I addressed that with her she said that she does not know how to change it. She said she would have someone else do it and after several minutes it wasn't changed so I got up and I spoke to the cashier. Eventually it was changed but I spoke to them about how upset I was being a black woman and hearing that type of music also the expletives in front of my six-year-old daughter, they both said they understood. After the rude service and ruined meal, I paid and left my phone number so that management could call me. No one called. I called several times and spoke with a manager who said that he would comp my meal so that my daughter and I can come by and have a good experience next time. The day I wanted to come in the waitress said that she had no knowledge of me having my meal comped although she does know about the situation that happened. I called at least five times and I emailed the owner twice with no response. I called today January 31st 2023 and the same waitress with the same attitude says that the manager was fired because of the situation by the owner and the owner was too busy to deal with this. She says that since the manager was fired I have no claim to a free meal.
    Not only was I shell shocked, but the two other patrons that were near me who happened to be white were offended. I have done my best to contact them via phone and email with no result.
