    Dear Better Business Bureau,

    I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I've encountered with this company and to seek assistance in resolving this matter.

    I am a homeowner who recently engaged Cedar-Life for a roof cleaning service, the primary purpose of which was to correct specific areas of streaking on my roof. Unfortunately, I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided, and the company's refusal to address the issue has left me in a difficult situation.

    The service performed by the company did not address what was promised. There are visible signs of streaking remaining on the roof, despite the company's assurances.

    The company explicitly promised to remove streaking on the roof during the cleaning process. However, the streaks reappeared soon after the service was completed, indicating a failure to fulfill their commitment.

    Both myself and our builder, who is highly regarded in the area, were assured by that the issues with the roof would be promptly addressed. However, the company has failed to honor these assurances, leaving the matter unresolved.

    Despite bringing the matter to the attention of the company, they have refused to address the problem. I have made several attempts to resolve the issue amicably, but the company has been unresponsive to my concerns.

    It's important to note that the company claims to have a policy of satisfying customers with no exceptions (see front page of website). Unfortunately, my experience contradicts this policy, as the company has been unresponsive to my concerns.

    I am seeking your assistance in facilitating a resolution to this matter. Ideally, I would appreciate the company readdressing the roof cleaning issue promptly or providing a refund for the service. My intention is not to harm the reputation of the company but rather to ensure that I receive the service for which I paid. This matter cost me a significant sum (approximately $17K).
