      Stay away from this uncredited business (bbb) they will pay much less than other scrap places, have you wait an unusually long time while being the only customer at that time, they go and check out what you just sold to them blame you for some thing that you did not do and literally curse at you directly. And for $2.
      It’s disgusting and uncalled for.
      Lajoies office staff should be ashamed of themselves

      Apologies your experience wasn’t the usual one our customers have come to know and love. We have rightfully earned the reputation of paying top price with a friendly and honest approach. We certainly take pride in being a BBB A+ accredited business. The inappropriate language has been addressed with the employee involved, you’re right that it shouldn’t have come to that. However, after reviewing the video, the employee was 100% correct to investigate the load, thoroughness takes time (a couple minutes in this case) to make sure it’s a fair transaction for both parties. $2 is not an accurate depiction of the payment amount, but regardless, we’re sorry you were disappointed in the value of the low grade irony aluminum you brought (transmission with a loose torque converter and steel).
      Assuming we will never do business again, good luck with your future scrap metal sales. Sorry it didn’t work out with us.
