    I signed up for an annual subscription in January 2023. In January 2024 when the subscription auto renewed, I was provided a notice via email that my subscription would be “renewing soon.” By the end of 2024, I was no longer utilizing this subscription. On January 8th 2025, my subscription auto renewed without notice. I submitted a dispute charge with *** the next day as I did not authorize this renewal. After a few weeks, they closed my claim as they needed additional documentation that I worked with the company to resolve the dispute. I have contacted the company multiple times about requesting a refund without a response.

    I have attached the email communication with the company and the example renewal email from 2024 that was not sent in 2025.

    RECURRING CHARGE: 
    - On the sales page of Best Body at the time this customer signed up for the program Best Body (we no longer offer a recurring annual membership, but we did at the time she signed up), you can see it says " / month" or "/ year" on the buy buttons.     We would never misrepresent the program as a non-recurring payment in any of our marketing efforts - email, social media, on the website, etc. Of course we value every single customer and transaction.

    There are no refunds. You can read the full refund policy below, which is written on the sales page, and also linked on the checkout page when purchasing Best Body.
