    From the receipt jpg you can see I thought I was getting 50 sheets/pack but 5/Pack for $26.28 with $13.11 shipping, so I thought I was getting 250 sheets of photopaper. And in the email "Hi *****" they admitted to this being a typo error (which they corrected in Order #***** RMA Form), but they were going to charge me a restocking fee and make me pay for the return, to which I said I will pay for return shipping but not stocking fee.

    I repacked the item with their original packing and made it even sturdier, but after having received the item since 5/8, they're just telling me on 5/19 that it was damaged and they'll only refund the original $13.11 shipping and that I should claim damage from my shipper (** ****). The image they sent doesn't even show any damage.

    This company is anti-consumer who is not willing to fully compensate their customer for their own mistake and is still trying to make the customer pay. At this point I'm out $26.28 and return shipping and I got no product to show for it.

    Hello, 

    Thank you for letting us know about this issue. We would like to work with you to resolve this!

    As per our customer service, the customer ordered an
    item thinking that she will get 250 sheets of a photopaper, but she only
    received 50sheets. Error has been corrected on our website. We are willing to
    send her a replacement however she initiated a Return Merchandise Authorization
    form in which our plant confirmed that the returned item has been damaged and
    can’t be back to inventory. Plant only took one photo of the said “damaged
    item” since they already tossed the item right away. Also, we have not charged the customer any restocking fee, since this was an error on the website.

    We can offer a replacement to the customer if that's possible.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and I'm satisfied that the business is now at least willing to do something, but I've already done a chargeback on 6/2 through my credit card company after waiting 2 weeks for Bryan to send more photos of the damage (it didn't look damaged to me) or return to me what he/the plant claimed was damaged (which is impossible since it was tossed).
