After 10 months, I still have a glass that almost works as a freezer! The window glass was replaced in January 2023 after the previous one cracked. However, the replacement glass started to have severe condensation right away. Vince sent Jesse back twice or 3 times to check what was wrong and insisted nothing was wrong with the new glass. Jesse reinstalled the glass and tried other things. But no improvement at all. Vince was guessing whether the condensation was caused by the vent in the ceiling, or the desk in front of the window, or something else. None of the explanations made sense to me, except a defective replacement glass. Then Vince refused to send Jesse out again in March. Fast forward to the end of October, the glass started to have condensation again when it was in the mid 30 degrees outside. Jesse came out again but still insisted nothing could be wrong with the glass. Finally, we agreed to switch the new glass to another window to test it out. The new glass had condensation again in the other window that same night. Obviously, the glass Vince ordered was defective at the very beginning. Vince agreed to order another glass but asked me to PAY AGAIN, for the labor, saying the glass has a 10yr warranty but there is no warranty on the labor. This is obviously wrong, as he gave me a bad glass to start with, and this has cost me a lot of time and frustration. What is worse is that he suggested going to court if I am not happy. I will just do that, if BBB cannot help get this corrected. I was just asking to get the job completed properly. I am now asking for the completion of the job and a refund, because of the way the owner has handled this. Not only did he refuse to resolve the issue in March, he has also been always slow to my requests for the correction. He is now asking me to pay him again to correct his mistake and suggests going to court!
