New member here. At my 2nd visit I was using a piece of faulty equipment. I didn't tell Front desk it was faulty. An employee confronted me, lied about being the owner, and demanded I pay or find a resolution. I felt this was unfair. I found he was not the business owner. The bought used, home gym equipment from FB marketplace. And did not maintain it properly. After they received tapes they found nothing was damaged and some parts were simply loose. Yet they decided to terminate my membership and I am not allowed back to thus facility. Embarrassing on their end.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,
I hope this message finds you well. We would like to bring to your attention an incident involving a member, **** ***** at our fitness facility.
On 1/19/24, **** was observed on our surveillance cameras utilizing our equipment appropriately. However, the machine he was using seemed to have stopped working correctly. Despite inspecting the machine himself, he did not report the issue to our front desk. Instead, he moved to a different workout area, potentially posing safety concerns for other members.
Subsequently, another member reported the malfunction to our sports coordinator. Upon investigation, our coordinator approached ****, who feigned ignorance about the equipment malfunction. When questioned about not informing the front desk, **** was unable to provide a satisfactory response and, instead, became aggressive.
Following this incident, **** declined to provide his information and instead sent an extensive email to me, the owner. After a thorough investigation, we decided to revoke ****'s access to our facility due to concerns about safety and non-compliance with our policies.
We believe it is essential to maintain a safe environment for all members, and ****'s actions jeopardized this principle. We wanted to bring truth to this comment and to your attention as it involves issues related to member conduct and potential safety hazards.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
    Sincerely,
    Luigina F*******
