    Called Joe after the recent storms flooded my basement for the first time after buying the home in 2021. Joe came out the next day and was able to quickly assess the gutter situation. Our gutters had been draining directly into the ground and a recent roof repair made the gutters too short to cover the full roof line. He explained what he saw and the options to remedy the situation. New gutters were installed today! That was less than two weeks later (would have been sooner if it were not for the snowfall). Today the front gutter downspout moves water away from the house and toward the property line to better follow the grade of the land. The back of the house now has a downspout on both sides to better move water efficiently away from the house. When the job was done, he took me on a tour to see his work before he cleaned up and searched in the snow for any missing nails etc. He then presented the bill, which matched the verbal quote. Super friendly and assured me to call if there are EVER any problems and he will come right out! Thanks *** * ******

    Friendly, fair and reliable. He came out when he said he would to evaluate and give me a quote. I got lucky and he came back the very next day to install gutter guards on my large duplex. I will definitely refer people to him and call him for any work I need done in the future. Thanks!
