    On December 1, 2023 my sister and I purchased a granite flat stone, (grave marker) from R.H. Snow Memorial Works, Amy B**** who we met with. We paid in full $2,043.11. The size of the marker is 2-0x1-0x0-4. We were never contacted when the marker was completed. We planned on purchasing a plot at *** ****** ******** but at that time the new section was not approved and was told to wait to the spring 2024. Amy B**** was aware of this for she works with the cemetery coordinator. I contacted the cemetery in March, May and June and apparently the new section is not approved. On July 24 I purchased a plot at another cemetery and contacted Amy and provided her with the cemetery, contact name and number she said she delivered the marker to the original cemetery. . Amy did not notify me that the marker was completed and had it delivered when I did not purchase a plot from ** ****** ********. I spoke to Melissa in March, May and June and she never said she had the marker. On August 6 I went there & told her we went else where thats when she said they had the marker & they should not have accepted it cause I did not purchase plot but they have it anyways. She showed me a picture of it. Melissa said she would contact Amy that was 8/6. As of today, 8/9 Amy has not delivered to ******* ****** ******** and Melissa has not contacted me. My sister is sick & not doing well just want to have the marker installed at the cemetery I purchased a plot. I want to be done with this part of death. So simple to do why are they making it so difficult!! Thank you, your help would be greatly appreciated!!
