    They signed a contract to do work on my home, since I had a grant from the state of Connecticut (fha loan). The contract states they were to replace the siding, the roof and the shower fans. They did not fulfill one of the contract requirements to fix a shower fan and route the exhaust out of the attic. When the vinyl siding was put on, it was installed directly over the gable vent in the home. My home has no ridge vent. When I had a roofer come check for suspected leaks 12 years later there is now black coating on the insulation and three other roofers said they inhibited the attic from venting properly and all the moisture has been accumulating ever since. I called to ask if he would look at it and he stated he would a few weeks ago. I called again to ask if he came by, but he then stated he was busy and asked how long it was since he did that work and then blocked my phone number when I said 12 years ago. I called from another line he didn’t answer my calls and now I have to have another contractor fix this. I never expected this from a builder who has a good reputation.
