    Hi

Mr. V********’s comments are incorrect. I actually asked his employee Paul when Mr V******** walked off the job site why he was picking up their stuff. Paul informed me that Peter had told them to leave the job. I would be happy to send over the recording of my conversation with Paul.   I believe Peter V******** walked off the job because he didn’t want to sign a Change Order which is standard in the industry when you are going to pay a company more than their contracted amount as it outlined extra monies I was to pay him for work that he didn’t complete.

i am unsure why Mr V******** is saying this is in court as it’s not.  Just check the judicial website.

If it does go to court there will certainly be a counter suit in excess of $ 200,000.00 for faulty workmanship, Peter not  paying his subcontractors and many other items.

Please feel free to contact me if you would like information on Peter’s subcontractor who has not been paid. ***** should have been paid on Peter’s 2nd payment yet still on his 4th payment he was not paid.

Thank You for the opportunity to show the pictures. They detail  fire hydrant that is eleven feet off a building when it should have been thirty seven feet off the building pursuant to the plans. Another pic details areas of ground that were sinking due to not tamping the earth in six inch lifts. There were sinkholes all over and we have documented with hundreds of pictures.

    Thank You

Team sewer did a lot of extra work on site with no extra work and was not payed for as well .There were major set backs on job due the site engineer not having the right elevations on plan also **** ordering the wrong materials on job which **** supplied all materials. Team was only suppling labor.
