    I have been looking into getting this custom *** *********** that is supposedly offered by bt diesel works for some time, and finally decided to do it. The website custom calibration engineering (which is the same person) aays you have to buy an autosync device from a 3rd party(who isn't really a 3rd party because it's the same person). When you look up the autosync device there is only 1 person who sells it, and that's bt dieselworks. So I pay $375 for the autosync, get it around a week later, & pay another $295 for the complete *** unlock. The website says if om the website when you go to customize the settings on the autosync device, which is autosync.btdieselworks.com, once you pay the $295 then within 48 hours it should change from "get license" to "licensed - ready", and if it doesn't change to that then to contact them. I have emailed both the **************************************** & *************************, 4 or 5 times each & they have yet to respond. So i call the phone number on their website ###-###-####(which it says emails preferred also by the way) and immediately I get the voicemail saying to enail them due to "high call volume" but you can leave a message if you want, which tells me there is no one answering the phone or even checking the messages on it. But the email he gives in the mailbox is different, it's *********************** , so I've sent 4 or 5 emails to that one as well. And still nothing. There is a PRIVATE ******** group he says to join, but no one accepts the requests. He hadn't even been on ******** in 4 years. I would almost think he died if I wouldn't have received the autosync as soon as I ordered it, that tells me there is someone somewhere fulfilling atleast those orders but no other ones. And it is useless on my model truck, almost all of the options are only available for a 16-18 model. So I domt understand how he can even still be a business if he doesn't fulfill his orders

    This issue has been resolved. He actually contacted me later that night after I had submitted that complaint & the items/programming in question that I was waiting on have been delivered & apparently were thru a 3rd party so that was my mistake for jumping the gun & filing a complaint. I do apologize for any inconvenience and misunderstanding & would like to do anything I can to make sure this doesn't negatively affect bydieselworks reviews.
