    My vehicle started having a problem so I brought it to the dealer because its a hybrid and most independent mechanics don't work on those. They replaced the spark plugs and gave it a transmission flush but the problem came back a few week later, so they said it needed an ignition coil pack but again the problem came back so they said it needed another one and again the problem returned but got worse then the car threw a warning light saying there was a charging system malfunction. They determined this time that it was the main battery so $3600 I drove off the lot and a few week later the car broke down again, same thing as the beginning, the car bucked then threw the same warning light, sputtered threw the same warning light about the charging system and shut off. Total cost to date from the onset just over $6000. Now they said it needs a transmission for another $6000 for a grand total of $12000.00 for a 2013 auto. the car now does not run at all. Shoreline does not believe that they owe me anything including fixing the car properly. This whole event spanned just under two months. I want either my car fixed for what I paid or my money refunded for not fixing the problem.

    Bought a 2023 ***** **** ******* from this dealership in *** ******** ***********. Drove the car to ******* for the winter at about 4000 miles and the audio completely died on the vehicle. Had a dealer diagnose in *******, they stated the amplifier was bad and they could reboot it but it needed to be replaced. Since they were on national backorder it would take awhile (this is a know issue with these vehicles). Now back in ***********, we made an appointment to get it fixed. The service manager ordered the part. I went in today to have it replaced and a different service manager Alana C***** informed me that since it is working at the moment she could not replace it. I asked her why the other manager told me it was to be fixed and he ordered the part, her response was and i quote " That is why he no longer works here"! So they fired the guy because he was fixing peoples cars?

    In addition to the Amp the AWD warning light has been coming on, I even had a picture of it on on my way to the dealership. Here response was no codes found, the next time it comes on drive to dealership and leave running. Seriously?

    So basically I spent 2 hours there and got nothing resolved. As we were discussing this, I was in the waiting room seated never got up from my chair and she was standing. We were having a normal conversation, of course i was not happy, I nerver raised my voice, cursed or even got up from the chair. The General manager Michael K********** comes over to me and tells me its time to leave (I had not even been given my keys back yet). He informed me that he was not going to let me continue to abuse his employees? I was still sitting in the chair talking with Alana (how is that abusing her)? In the meantine Alana went back to the service dept to retrive my keys and paperwork, which handed me with no hassle or hesitation. I got up took them and headed for the door. On my way out I did caution a prospective customer and her mother with "Enjoy the car but good luck getting it fixed here when something goes wrong with it"! The GM then came running outy the door and physically threatened me as I was looking for my car! I even asked him if he was threating me physically to which he responded yes, and he was going to take care of me but good! I did not wish to get into any altercation let alone physical so I found the car got in and left. I guess he was abit ****** that maybe I cost them a sale "I pray with all I got those ladies got up and left, for thier sake as well as mine!" And the GM informed me that I was to never comeback there??? Bought a 43K vehicle there and you tell you cant fix it and will not service it in the future.

    Mr. ***** was belligerent, argumentative, and abusive to our associates. He is considered banned from our facilities. We do not tolerate abuse from customers under any circumstance as part of the culture of our company. We respect our associates who tret customers with the upmost respect and expect at least civility in return

    Purchased 2023 Hyundai new car, paid in full with bank check
    when arrived and gave already prepared bank check, cost of car was less then check
    dealer owes me $159.43 (see attached document with signatures)
    after repeated attempts they have not cut a check for the overage paid

    This issue was resolved before we received the letter in the mail from the BBB. The customer was looking for a refund for an overage of $159.43 and the money was returned to her before we saw the complaint. We consider this matter settled. If you need anything else please let me know.
