    Jeremy was amazing. Responded in minutes, and immediately cam out and got our heat pump operational again. Highly recommended.

    My husband and I interviewed several contractors before hiring Jeremy Wernicke of Parker Home Services to install a mini-split system in our home. We decided to go with Jeremy because he presented us with the most efficient design for our home. Jeremy and his son installed the system during an extremely hot spell, and both worked above and beyond to finish the installation in 3 days.
    At the end of the third day, Jeremy told us he would return to finish the last part of the project: the installation of an electrical outlet for the drainage pump. In the meantime he ran 2 extension cords to the pump.
    And then he ghosted us. We called and texted several times, but never heard back from him. We finally wound up hiring our own electrician to come up with a solution for the outlet.
    More recently we tried to contact Jeremy to troubleshoot an error code on one of the units, and our calls were ignored once again. The system is still under warranty, yet Jeremy is not honoring this part of the contract.
    Needless to say, we were very disappointed in this turn of events, as we had been previously very impressed with his work.
