    I ordered a personalized bangle and it came with the engraving in very tiny. I contacted them and they responded very quickly with an explanation and offering to redo it larger with no expense to me. I had the new one within a week. Unfortunately, it broke within 3 days. Again, customer service personnel replied quickly and shipped out a new one again. I was not very satisfied with the product, but the customer service is top of the line. From the best customer service I've dealt with ever!

    Ordered 5 bracelets four 7 in and one 8 inch and they were all at least 1/2 inch short. I sent pictures and they insist they filled order they are a scam and they should have made this  right instead they didn’t

    We have reached out to the customer regarding the length of the chains for explanation as they include the clasp and bail in the measurement.     Ordered a necklace for my wife, picked standard shipping, ordered on Tuesday, it arrived Saturday. It is exactly as described and for a great price, plus they were the only place that had exactly the one I was looking for. I would have no problem ordering from them again.

    Horrible customer service. Rep confirmed my rush order had been lost in the mail. Refuse to send out a replacement for an additional 2 weeks or process a refund. Paid extra for the order to be rushed. Do NOT order from this company.

    We spoke to the customer regarding their order on January 4th. We explained the rush processing fee was for item processing time, which allows the item to ship in 24 hours. The customer selected 1st class mail shipment, delivered within 5-7 business days. If a holiday falls within the shipment time, this will delay the shipment as it is not considered a business day. At this time, a full refund was processed, and confirmed the delivery occurred on January 6th. Please let us know if there is anything further we can assist with.

    Just bought a spinner ring and a pair of earrings. The quality is very poor. The spinner ring won’t spin freely and the earrings look like ******* specials. Spent over 130$ and if I were shopping and seen them in person I wouldn’t have given 10$ for the both of them. JUNK! Wish I had read reviews before buying. I give them 0 stars. ????
