      The process is not great, Blind Auctions, you can never tell if you are winning or what the value of the current Bid is. Not a fan. probably inferior systems.

      Okay, I'm seeing the reviews (no no) just closed on my second Marine purchase, I got two good deals! It Is "buyer beware" frankly this last one missing parts from the picture but still a "very good deal", but in my opinion the storage dealership tampering with product. Not Cooper Salvage Cooper Salvage is straight up business actually to incredible deals!. Thanks Cooper! However I will be making a note to Cooper of the missing parts.

      Zero stars. They lie. They do not do what they say. They refuse to help even when I provided them exactly what and who they asked for. I don't believe they do things completely legal and I would check their paperwork. They do not apparently keep paper work in case you lose it. So if you lose your paperwork your boat is dead as you will be unable to prove ownership. They don't have good record keeping. If at all possible stay away from this place. We live in a technological age that they should be able to obtain documents of boats they have sold. At least up to 10 years. The staff is in need of some workshops in customer service. I can not believe their unwillingness to help in such an easy endeavor as obtaining paperwork on a boat to prove ownership even after I provided them with the owner of the boat who they sold it to.

      Cooper Capital's stated business policy states "Cooper Capital enjoys great relationships with both buyers and sellers and looks to maintain a high level of quality participation. However, if you are new to the specialty salvage industry, please follow these tips in evaluating an asset for bid. Minimum starting bid is provided on most auction assets. We do not publish or inform bidders of current bids." I bid on an auction boat and put my bid in 1.5 hours before the auction close. I was emailed a few days later that I did not have the high, winning bid. I called Cooper Capital and found out the winning bid was only $150 dollars higher than mine which is odd, and how can someone else's bid be so close, coincidental? I think not! Someone had to be in the know, or an employee was leaking information! So I am posting my first hand experience with Cooper Capital's auctions so people will know what happened to me, and perhaps many others! Again, Cooper Capital's stated Business, Auction Policy - " We do not publish or inform bidders of current bids." After loosing 5 bids, I have serious concerns with this Company, and am posting this with BBB so if this already happened to others, they will know it happened to me also, and perhaps it will happen again in future auctions!
