My girlfriend received the flowers I got her and they look nothing like they do in the pictures online. Her bouquet was very sparse compared to the online pictures which is extremely disappointing considering the price I paid for it (I even purchased the deluxe version). I asked via email for refund which they only gave 25% back. I then called and had to bargain with the support for an additional 25% which seemed like an issue for them as they kept coming back with 5% extra refund and discounts on their site. What I really want is a full refund because this was the worst experience buying flowers online ever. I ended the call at 50% refund because I do not have time to bargain for a refund price. I paid $61.74 for flowers that looked nothing like what was advertised. I want my full money back.Business Response

I ordered flowers to be delivered, same day, and the person never received them. I couldn't get hold of a live person and wanted my money back -- but the money won't send them flowers on their special day and now it is too late. Totally untrustworthy and not helpful.Business Response

Placed order on 7/9/25 paid extra to have it expedited to be delivered 7/10/25 by 12pm.
Do not order from this company. I paid extra for expedited delivery to be there before 12pm. It was not there. I called and they refunded me the expedited costs. Told me it would be there before 5pm. Called again at 4pm to let them know that my mother has to leave her office for the day. They told me they would call her if she isnt there. 510pm comes and she calls me and they still didnt call her. I called the company again and told them I want a full refund, cancel my order and I want to know the flower shop they use (because I want to make sure I dont do business with them either). They tried to give me a partial refund, a $20 gift card, and have it delivered tomorrow. They also said they couldn't give me the name of the flower shop they use because they aren't allowed. I said absolutely not. I want my money back. They said they would have it back to me within 1 to 3 business days. If it is not back in my account I will be calling them again and then calling my bank to dispute the charge. Absolutely ridiculous. Stay away from this company at all costs!!! ?
Update: they got delivered. AT 7PM!!!! They told me their delivery hours are from 9am to 5pm. They didnt call my mom to tell her they were there. They left them at her front door at her business!! On top of that they weren't even what I ordered! Legit looked like they came from ****** or something I can put together myself.Customer Answer

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me since I have officially received my money back. I also DO NOT want complimentary flowers because they will more than likely come from ****** like the last one I ordered. I personally think this company needs to be closed down. If you look up **** reviews they are horrible. I dont see how a company like this can stay in business.

On May 5, I purchased the “purple paradise bouquet” for $56.56. There were multiple different package options and I picked the second option because it appeared to be more plentiful than the first option. Supposedly I received a $17.12 discount but when comparing it to what the price would’ve been without it it equaled about the same thing. The flowers were delivered on May 8 and when I received a picture of what they looked like I was incredibly disappointed. This was a Mother’s Day gift for my grandma that I would not have purchased if I would’ve known they looked the way they did. What my grandma received appears to be the quality/amount of the initial package which leads me to feel like I was scammed. I tried reaching out to the company by using their online support option and still over a month later I haven’t heard back from them at all but they’re continuing to send me emails asking me to review my experience so finally today I did review them, leaving 1 star. Pictures of what I purchased vs what was received will be included below. I will never order from this business again.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and though I am still not satisfied by the product or the delayed response I have chosen to accept the $20 of the $56 that was refunded to me. The company claims that they did not receive any prior communication from me which I know is false. I'm still very frustrated that it took reporting this to the BBB before the company decided to respond to me however I am glad they are at least somewhat taking accountability. As previously stated, I would never order from this company again nor would I recommend it to anyone. I've had pleasant experiences with other online florists and have never had an issue like this before so I am just in disbelief.

My order wasn't delivered on time ( July 9th ). It was for my best friend Birthday. I called and chatted with customer service to find out why. Their customer service is horrible. They blamed ***, I didn't send it using ***, so it's not my problem. I paid delivery fee to this business, not ***. They offered me 20% reimbursement . My order total amount was $117.55. They reimbursed me $7.62 ! I called again. They explained that they exclude add-ons, delivery fee and taxes. But the bouquet itself was $79.99 so 20% should be $15.98. After arguing with them they explained that chocolate covered strawberries were add-on. It wasn't, it was one order - flowers and berries, nowhere there was a separate price for berries or explanation that berries are not part of the deal. Falls advertisement ! Finally they offered another reimbursement $11..43. I don't know how they came up with these numbers. Why did they brake my order in parts ? My total for the whole order was $117.55. And my whole order wasn't delivered ( not just part of it ). I want them to reimburse me for the whole order. They took my money but failed to do their part. Order is not delivered, so $117.55 should be back to my account.Business Response

I ordered flowers for someone and paid for expedite delivery and nothing. I have talk online and called someone to speak with them. The person over the phone tried to supposedly call the flower vendor but no one answered. Bull. On June 28th 2025 at 8:00 a.m. I placed an order for flowers to my mother with expedited delivery which means within 4 hours. By a little after 1:00 p.m. the flowers had yet to be delivered so I called the business they informed me that the flowers had yet to be delivered but they would be done ASAP with still an unknown estimated delivery time I waited. By 4:00 the flowers still had yet to be delivered so I called back they still did not have an estimated delivery time by almost 7:00 p.m. the flowers still have yet to be delivered the day is almost over it will no longer be my mother's birthday and now when I track the order it says that they won't be delivered until Monday this is 2 days later when the order was placed for same-day delivery with an additional feet of expedited meaning within 4 hoursBusiness Response

I ordered a flower arrangement for my mother-in-law's birthday through SendFlowers**** for same-day delivery, on 6/17/2024 for $54.84. They did not deliver the bouquet on that day and did not contact me until late in the afternoon to tell me they were going to deliver it the following day. The next day, which is today, I received a voicemail informing me that they will deliver it tomorrow. I called their customer service line to express my dissatisfaction with their service and the rep informed me that the bouquet was to be delivered today. In almost an instant, while I was on the phone with her, I received an email that they are delaying again. At that point, I became very frustrated with them and asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor informed me that the flowers would be delivered in 40 minutes at that point. I asked to remain on the line while he contacted the florist. It has been hours and the flowers are still not with the recipient. They kept emailing me that they were checking with the florist on the delivery schedule. I called their customer service again and asked for another supervisor who sounded like a broken record reading the same script over and over and did not provide me with a resolution. Every person I emailed and spoke on the phone with kept beating around the bush. I demanded the flowers be delivered today and be refunded the entire amount to make up for their shady business practices. The flowers were still not delivered and did not see my refund back. I believe they are a fraudulent business that should be shut down. This morning I read only bad 1-star reviews online about them, which reinforces my belief that they are shady. The bouquet was supposed to be a surprise and they ruined it. Please look into their shady business practices because they are scamming people.Business Response

Ordered flowers for my daughter in-laws birthday. They keep delaying the order, ensuring delivery, then making excuses to not deliver it!! 3 days in a row. Her birthday has long passed and I feel like the worst mom in law on the planet. This company shouldn’t be in business! They keep telling me well. The florist isn’t open on this day. There’s probably 10 floors in the town where she lives. I have been incustomer service all my life. I have never dealt with something like this. It’s total 100% ridiculous. In March, 2025, we responded to an email offer from From You Flowers, which repeatedly offered 25% off AND Free Delivery For Life; it says, “ Buy today & SAVE 25%* SITEWIDE
plus earn free delivery for life!”. We clicked through and placed an order, and expected that the free delivery for life would apply to future orders.
Today, 6/11/25, we tried to order another flower delivery, and tried to find the free delivery benefit that we should have access to. We tried to contact a customer service representative, as they advertise 24/7 customer service. I waited, a generic automated response arrived, saying that someone would respond soon. After no response, I asked if I should go ahead and complete our new order, as it’s a bit time-sensitive, (for a death in family,) and that From You Flowers would figure out how to access my free delivery benefit and refund my credit card.
Illogical response said they could not find my order. I asked again if I should go ahead and place order, then give order#, to receive refund. Back and forth, nothing to address the free delivery for life. Last response said they might offer future deals, and sorry for inconvenience. Still no response to free delivery for life issue. The old bait and switch tactic.Business Response
