    I brought my 7 year old son to a birthday party on 2/4/23. My son and his friends were in the WIPEOUT ride that was being operated by employee Kaylee. Kaylee did inform the kids that if they touched the ride they would be removed. I watched the kids play and my son did touch the ride and was removed by Kaylee. After my son was removed, I stayed and watched the other kids continue to play. They were caucasian kids jumping, pushing and sitting on the ride and Kaylee did not remove those kids and allowed them to continue to play. I addressed the situation with Kaylee and she stated she didn’t see the other kids touching the ride ( even though her job was to watch the kids on the ride.) It was obvious to me that this is a discrimination situation. I spoke with manager Tom about what had occurred. Tom stated he would “talk to her”. Talking to Kaylee is not enough. My son was discriminated against and I would like for something more to be done. This type of behavior is unacceptable and I will not be returning to your establishment.
