    ON 7/1/24 Early Morning I call SARAY BAKERY I requested a BIRTHDAY CAKE FOR 4TH OF JULY. I spoke to a woman who COULDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH. she said call back. I did. .I ORDERED A FLAT CAKE WITH STRAWBERRIES ON ONE SIDE AND PINEAPPLES ON THE OTHER. WITH A CREAM FROSTING. ALL OVER 2 LAYERS. THE WRITING HAPPY 6??? BIRTHDAY ******! .THE WOMAN SAID SHE CAN SUPPLY THIS CAKE BY 7/3/24 .I ASKED HOW MUCH? AND CAN U DELIVERE? SHE SAID YES..MIND U THIS CAKE IS FOR MY PARTNER .SHES IN THE HOSPITAL GRAVELY SICK. SIMPLE CAKE .. ON JULY 3RD SOMEONE CALL ME TO PICKUP CAKE .I STATED I NEEDED U TO DELIVER THECAKE .THIS GETS BETTER! ON 7/3/24 . 4pm it was DELIVERED .I LOOKED AT THE CAKE NOTHING WRITING ON THE CAKE IT WAS WHT/ ROUND. I CALLED SARAY BAKERY AND STATED I WASN'T HAPPY. THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS BEAUTIFUL CAKE. I WAS HEATED! THEN WHEN WE GOT TO THE PARTY THE WHOLE CAKE WAS MADE OUT OF BANANAS! A 6 LAYER CAKE MADE OF BANANAS! ANE SOME KIND OF COOKIE CRUST! WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO TRY TO EAT THIS CAKE .MAD OF 95% BANANAS! WITH BLK BERRYS AND AND ABOUT 4 STRAWBERRIES ON TOP NO PINEAPPLES AT ALL. LATER MY HUSBAND'S POTASSIUM LEVELS WERE RAISED. BECAUSE OF THIS. THEY SAID THAT I DIDN'T SAY SHE HAD A FOOD ALLERGIES. OF COURSE I STATED THEY GAVE US THE WRONG CAKE .NOW TODAY ON 7/5/24 .IM HERE 105.00 LESS. THEY WANT HE TO BRING THE CAKE BACK. I DON'T DRIVE. I WOULD HAVE TO TAKE PUBLIC TRANSIT TO BRING THE CAKE IN AND GET MY MONEY BACK. THE RECEIPT WAS WRITTEN IN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE. MY PARTNER AND I R WELL OVER OUR 60S .THIS IS A FORM OF ELDERLY ABUSE! I NEED MY MONEY BACK .WE R ON A FIXED INCOME. PLEASE HELP.
