      I found the owners of Entire Home Inc. to be friendly and capable. We chose them to supply and. install a 22KW home generator on the basis of a recommendation from a neighbor who had purchased the same two or three years previous. The owner visited the site and made recommendations. They met with town officials to obtain permits and when the equipment arrived they called to set an installation date. They arrived promptly and worked steady and hard. Concrete pads were left to cure and other preparations made ready. When cured, they finished the system assembly and conducted tests The installation appears proper and of good quality. Care was taken to clean up and remove scraps. Operating instructions were given.

      Company installed generator without permit after charging us for it. Getting them to come service the generator was like pulling teeth as they never answer the phone and don't show up when they say they will. Caused a great deal of chaos when a couple of years later we tried to have solar installed and they discovered things were done wrong and without that permit. Owners are rude and dishonest! They were instructed by town officials to fix the existing connections, ceiling in garage, rods etc. that were installed incorrectly and did the worst job ever. Sloppy work, cut corners, made messes that they didn't clean up. Left cigarette butts everywhere. Just disgusting and unprofessional people. I would never recommend them to anyone, If I could give them a zero I would. There are plenty of other reputable vendors in the area. Do yourself a favor and hire them instead!
