      Pavement services caused property damage while working on my neighbors house across the street. I provided pictures and invoices to them. I have emails stating they are going to reimburse me but as of October they have not done so. I have made multiple phone calls and they say they are waiting on the owner to write the check but to no avail.

      On June 22/23 2023, Pavement Services of ******* conducted pavement services for us and according to contract main services were to remove existing asphalt, regrade as needed, install and fine grade processed stone to all areas needed, install new asphalt pavement spread a 3") for $4,200. The following are issues of dispute:
      1) Puddling in the driveway post their work. We never had puddles before. We now have very large puddles. The company did respond to this saying there was little pitch/slope but per company advertising "At Pavement Services LLC, we make sure the subject of installing proper slopes and drainage is discussed with each customer prior to the start of every job.” This was not mentioned. (***********************************************). Additionally, none of our neighboring houses experience large puddles;
      2) Weeds/plants are pushing up through the newly poured asphalt; maybe if there were crack or if it was on the edge I could understand but through a main part of a driveway, Asphalt quality does seem suspect as it is crumbly in some sections;
      3) They actually paved around a stump;
      4) The company will react to my emails with responses like, “Doug will go over and take another look" or "We will take care and repair that within the next 7-10 days" but they never do. It has been 11 weeks since install.

      If that area does need to be cut out we will be replacing the asphalt in that area, just wanted make that clear.
