    I would do negative stars if possible…cannot believe ***** uses this installer. I have been scheduled 3 different times and all 3 times no installer showed up…no calls canceling…no follow up calls. …3 days off of work. I am going to try to lean hard on ***** for compensation….NEVER use this service

    Horrible business! ZERO star rating. Totally unreliable. Absolutely no customer service. Show up unprepared and never as scheduled. Have asked Dennis the owner to call me several times to discuss repair for damaged caused by his inexperienced reps and have never heard from him! Still waiting for repairs.

    One of the best experiences ever. I have read the other 2 reviews and felt that we needed to leave a great review for the fantastic experience. The installer was extremely knowledgeable and the office support was the best. I will definitely plan on using them on our next project.

    I would give negative stars but that is not an option. I ordered blind installation through Lowe’s. To measure I had to take a day off work and they never showed up. To schedule installation they just pick a day and send it to you. They do t let you coordinate when you are available. On installing day they were supposed to come between 0930 and 2040 confirmed via text message. Never showed. Did not call to say there was a delay. New show time for noon, called Lowe’s got transferred to the dispatcher which was an answering g machine. Called Lowe’s agai. They couldn’t get through kept going to voice mail. Still waiting for them to show. Horrible company, horrible work ethic. Wasted a full two days work.

    This company came out for blinds unlimited to install seven thousand dollars worth of blinds. When the installer walked through the door he was rude and said is this going to take more than an hour? Then proceeded to take all if the blinds out of the boxes and put them all over my house. He put up two of the blinds and said they were the wrong measurements and he could not install the rest of the blinds. ********** policy is that all the blinds have to be installed to verify fitment. The installer was rude and said his supervisor told him to leave and he went outside and left my house a mess. He said that his supervisor would come by in a few hours to resolve the issue. Whan I called the company the woman said that it was there policy was to not install blinds that were the wrong measurements. He would not have even known if they were wrong or right he didn't try and ********** said that he was paid to put them all up and then take pictures. This business is a scam and very unprofessional. Now my house is a mess and the company will not answer the phone for me or **********. terrible customer service and unprofessional employees. My thought is that the installer was intimidated by the shape on the windows. Terrible service.
