    Absolutely do not recommend, Customer service is awful. I have been dealing with Yuri on auto loan and due to financial hardship I was unable to make a payment. I’ve tried numerous times to speak with her and emailed and never got a call back or an email back. When I finally got a hold of her something happened in the phone line where our call was disconnected I tried calling back 10times and kept getting sent to voicemail. I then called the main line where I was told she left for the day even though apparently she was the only supervisor and manager that could address my problem even though we spoke just a few minutes ago. I am extremely disappointed and will for sure make sure everyone I know will not do business with them. Yuri should be fired due to her lack of unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and incompetence.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
    To clarify, **** ******* is not a member (customer) of UBI Federal Credit Union. As a result, we were unable to discuss the account with her until we received explicit permission from the account owner, *** *******. After receiving permission, we were able to speak with Ms. Cadario and subsequently made payment arrangements.

    Liars and thieves. You need to fire Yuri! 60 days delinquency to the credit companies does not get reported unless someone reports it. And If I was, sure but that's a bold face lie. When I confronted her she refused to actually look at the payment dates. Expect a call from my laywer

    I Have spoken to him regarding his late payments that were reported. Went over all the payments that were made and that were returned NSF. We submit a credit report file monthly.

    We did a drive through deposit and asked for a few envelops. At first teller pretended she couldn't hear me then she brought 1 envelope. I asked for a few more stating.theres never any outside at ATM. The ? Manager came over and said that's all we have. We have to print more.
    I asked when that would be....not sure she said. I SAID this is no way to run a bank, ill be taking my account elsewhere, the teller looked back and put her hands up like SO WHAT. manager walked away with the teller leaving the drawer out open. I had to push it in so I could leave.
    The teller on the 2nd line for tube drive through just shook her head.
    We went to the ATM STILL NO ENVELOPES.

    ATM envelopes are filled every other day, was filled 9/21/22. We checked again today and is still full?
