    Business committed to provide full inspection of the motorcycle before pickup and it was not fully inspected per their commitment.
    Business has not tried to help resolve any issues since purchase of the motorcycle.
    Nature of dispute: During first week of the purchase there were issues with motorcycle not properly working and was returned back to the business. They held the motorcycle for weeks and then stated issues were resolved and charged us for the repairs in return. Since having this motorcycle for 1 year now, it has been to the business four times with mechanical issues that were not addressed at all during time of purchase and we were informed it was an "as is" purchase but, they guaranteed that the motorcycle was fully inspected with no issues at all.
    During the four times at the shop where motorcycle was purchased, we were charged for all repairs in return and paid on our behalf.
    Owner has been contacted numerous times in order to go over the issues and never made any attempts in resolving them.
    In mid Oct of 2023, I had went to *** to get title of the motorcycle and was informed that the dealership made an error on their end which shows pending in the *** system and I am unable to gain access of the title of the motorcycle that I had purchased and was told they could not help me and I would have to contact the dealership which I have and was told that I had to pay in order to get the title. I find it unprofessional that on a cash purchase and over priced for a 2012 ****** ******** ****, I have to pay for own title. I have paid all repairs charged and I am still not the legal owner of the motorcycle. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of communication and professionalism from this company in order to resolve some issues and at this time I am looking to be reinstated full amount of the purchase of the motorcycle in amount of $18,051.28 that technically I do not own. I will assume all repair fees.
