    I purchased a ****** ****** 2003 from this company in October of 2024. I paid $17,999. They did not send the required information to the *** *** in a timely manner. The necessary information for me to register the vehicle and to receive a title for the vehicle has still not been sent to the *** **** ***** **** I have called the business repeatedly to have them handle the issue. They do not call me back or when I do speak to someone they say that “they don’t know what is going on” or “they are in the process” of getting the required paperwork to the ***. *** **** ***** *** has no record of them filing any paperwork.

    I purchased a car from this dealership on Oct.8. Thet were supposed to register it as part of the service. Long story short, as of today. Dec. 13, they have not registered it yet, Additionally, it has surfaced that they do not have a title for the car, and never did. My thought it this is probably not legal. They tell me they are working on it, but I don't know if that is actually the case. I need help with this please

    • 8/02/24 a 2019 ********** ***** was financed through Choice Motor
    • 8/03/2024 - 9/20/2024 the dealer was contacted about issues with the vehicle
    • From August - September 2024 the car was brought to the dealer for repairs weekly and per dealer no loaner is available
    • I have not driven the vehicle for 1 week since purchase except for last week due to "no available wknd appts
    • While car was being repaired I used **** and **** to transport me & my family
    • I also weekly get tire light reset/refill
    • Dealer promised the car was valued in good working condition
    • I reached 2wks ago & was told to bring it in during weekday since other vehicles require their attention & my vehicle was not top priority. The dealer also stated loaner vehicles are not available when cars purchased are being repaired.
    • Currently I do not have possession of the vehicle and this week alone I have spent over the last 2 months spent over $800 for repairs/**** **** when vehicle was less than 3k mile
    • My car insurance is also extremely costly based on where I reside for a car I am not able to use
    • Currently the car has been at the dealer since 10/04/2024. I confirmed the dealer had possession on 10/05/2024 & since then despite numerous correspondence via email requesting a follow up no one has responded and I am currently paying $100 per day or more depending on the weather to transport me and my children via **** and **** in addition to the mental and physical toll the stresses of the vehicle & lack of communication with the dealer are having on my health along with a car note that's due in 11 days. Today is day 3 & tomorrow will be day 4 since I have not heard anything from the dealer. I requested a follow up via email since Sunday no response. Additional supporting docs available upon request.

    Ernie worked with me consulted and explained the procedure and provided helpful resourceful information regarding my vehicle. He also repaired all parts and will follow up with the next steps for repairs. He also informed me that i am eligible for rental coverage under my warranty. I am satisfied and would like to dismiss this complaint.

    There has been no follow-up on the pending car repairs for the last 3 to 4 weeks and unfortunately per my last response to dismiss the complaint I am unable to be reimbursed for ********* during the weeks I did not have transportation per the warranty company and per the warranty company no files have been made for any warranty parts yet by the dealer.
