      I am so pleased with Mark's company! I have several relatives who also do business with him and they referred me to his company when I had an ant infestation!!
      Every employee that I have spoken with has been polite and very helpful.
      They are true professionals and are extremely knowledgeable!

      I like this company because I trust Frank implicitly. I have known him for years as my pest control man and can leave him in the house with no worries. I like that I get the same person each time, something that's not guaranteed with other companies.

      Mark H***** and his company Total Pest Control have been a God send for us. I manage a condo group of 34 units within which I live. He makes my life easier as I am a volunteer. He returns calls quickly and comes out to check the areas of concern. Timely, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very friendly manner. He returns each Spring to check areas that were previously treated.

      Tried different companies over the years to address mice problems. I gave Total Pest Control a chance, and owner Mark H***** and his crew have certainly addressed the problem.
      Also, while most, if not all, other pest companies will not treat Springtails, Total Pest Control has also satisfactorily managed this issue as well.
      Very professional, on time, and fair rates. Highly recommended.

      I started about a year and half ago and never have been happier. They are courteous for your needs with the office for rescheduling. Frank the technician is outstanding, he knows what to do and is very respectful and courteous. I would recommend to everyone nd thy chedule you every three months so you don’t have to Rory bout self checking. Great,great service and I have Had
      three or four.
      Total pest control is top in my books and they will tell you to call after they leave if you have a problem so they offer you don’t have to ask.

      When I was required to get a Home Termite Inspection to refinance my home through my VA Loan I didn't know where to start.
      I googled "Termite Inspection" and found several different companies in my area that did the inspection. I didn't want to use a massive company as you just become a number in the large company machine. There never seems to be a personal connection, which is important to me.
      So I opted for a local small business. I looked at all my options and decided on Total Pest Control because not only was the price right but it is a Veteran Owned Business.
      I will always opt to support a Veteran Owned Business. I called Mark and explained the situation. I expressed I need this done ASAP as I was trying to get all the inspections and paper work done before the rates went up.
      Mark came out, gave the house a thorough inspection, and signing off on the house being termite free. He took the time to explain what to look for in the future to help identify any possible infestations.
      Since then, I have used Total Pest Control numerous times and they have always been professional, timely, and honest.
      If you are in the market for pest control and are looking for a great company, hands down Total Pest Control is the one you need to call.

      The company sends a reminder of scheduled appointment including the name of the technician. Arrived on time and completed service with no issues. I have been very satisfied with the work of Total Pest Control.
