    Very dishonest and brutally disrespectful towards a decade long customer. I paid to open my pool, never opened. Asked to complete the opening, charged twice. Questioned the double charge, I was yelled at and yet, it’s still not open. I can accept mistakes, we all make them, but blatantly lying about the silliest things make you look even worse. Follow the contract and do what you said you would do. That it! Double and triple charging because you had to come back out because you failed to complete the job isn’t the customers fault. And lying? What’s that prove? 10 year faithful customer whose buys all the supplies from your store and you pull this behavior? Shame on you Brandon. I hope you treat customers better than this because this is arguably the worse display of customer service I’ve ever seen. If you’re considering a pool service company, do not leave a credit card on file with this company because they will abuse this trust. Brandon, who I believe is the owner of AquaMasters, isn’t a man to be trusted and that’s critical when engaging in business when trust is paramount. I’m sad to leave after 10 years of service, but people change and sadly, business focus changes when their leaders become corrupt with greed. Choose wisely
