    I purchased some items from a Caring Transitions franchisee on 12/3/2024 that was clearly marked "available for shipping". Over a month later John M***** - ****** ** contacted me and told me in a one line email that he wouldn't ship the items I purchased. I reached out to corporate and was told by Lisa W********
    "Please be aware that Caring Transitions is not a chain where every location is owned by a single corporation. We are a franchise company, and each franchise location is independently owned and operated. Any resolution must come from the individual franchise owner. Unlike a chain there is no corporate oversight and/or authority to resolve disputes."
    I finally did hear back from John, but it was just to tell me that he is again refusing to ship my purchased items that, by purchase contract, he was obligated to ship. So basically Caring Transitions the company refused to help me to get the items I purchased and instead absolved itself and pointed it finger at the franchise owner who refuses to ship my purchase. Thanks for nothing.
